Returns Eligibility

  • Return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Items on clearance or sale

Return Process

  1. Email us at returns@culturofit.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange for size or style. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.
